PUBLIC FORUM

 

A.  Discussion with Fillmore County Zoning Administrator, Jennifer Slezak to amend Village of Fairmont zoning regulations on the size of an accessory building before overhang/eave with fascia and soffit would be required. Current  Zoning Regulations  Section 9.6 Accessory Building and Section  9.7 Accessory Building Primary Nature list the overhang/eave with fascia and soffit requirements.

 

 

B. Trustee Grant – Discussion of bringing Glenwood in to Fairmont with fiber optic

      

 C.  Trustee Seggerman – Village Hall Office Staff set at 70hrs / week – Board will consider staffing the Village Hall Office staff at 70 hrs. / week

     D. Request of Agenda Item – Georgia Schropfer

  - New procedure for payment of Library expenses – Board will consider new procedure for payment of Library expenses

 

E. Knoell Construction Estimate for garage door removal / framing wall, and entrance door weather strips – Board will consider approval of Knoell Construction Estimate for Garage door removal / framing wall, and Entrance door weather strips

The village board may go into closed session to discuss certain agenda items to protect the public interest or to prevent the needless injury to the reputation of the individual and if such individual has not requested a public hearing.
