Wed July 19 * GFWC/NFWC District IV Workshop to be held at the UCC Church in Exeter.  Theme will be Smile for Nebraska’s 150th Year. Coffee and Rolls will be served at 9:00 a.m. and the meeting to start at 9:30 a.m.   Deadline for luncheon reservations is July 14 and are to be sent to Sharon Mueller at 709 Missouri Avenue, Exeter, NE 68351.  Cost is $8.  Registration of $2 to be paid at the door.

Sun July 23 * United Methodist Women’s Sunday.  Memberships of 50 years + will be recognized.  Also, honorees for the Dedicated Light will be announced.

* Fire and Rescue meeting 7 pm at the Firebarn

Sat July 29 * Fillmore County Relay for Life will be held at downtown Geneva.  This year’s theme is:  Betting on a Cure.
