Approve minutes of December 14, 2020 meeting

 

Review and place Treasurer's Reports on file            

 

 

A. Cody Lightwine – EMC Representative – Review insurance coverage

 

B. Anna Yates – Aging Service Board Member – Overview of the Fairmont Senior Center Operations

C. Tyler Salmon – Review Chapters 3, 4, & 6 of New Code Book

 

D. Michael Schultes, JEO Consulting Group, Inc. –

   Fairmont’s 2021 Wastewater Lagoon Improvements Project -Review and authorize the Village Clerk and Chairperson to proceed with and sign all paperwork for the USDA Funding Package #1.Board will consider authorizing the Village Clerk and Chairperson to proceed with and sign all paperwork for the USDA Funding Package #1.
