A.   One & Six Year Street Plan

     - CHAIRPERSON CALL PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER

  Open Hearing  

  Review One & Six Year Street Plan and receive public comments. 

        Chairperson close public hearing

 

      Resolution #2019-02 – Approve One & Six Year Street Plan – Board will consider approval of Resolution #2019-02 to approve the One & Six Year Street Plan.

B.  Susan Lynch – Executive Director Fillmore County Development Corp. (FCDC) – Susan is the new executive director at FCDC, upon the retirement of Patt Lentfer.

 C.   John Trecek, Legal Counsel, Ameritas Investment Corp.

       -Resolution #2019-03 Designation of Call Date for redemption of Nursing Home Revenue Refunding Bonds, 2009 Series, dated October 29, 2009-Board will consider passage of Resolution #2019-03 Designation of Call Date  for redemption of Nursing Home Revenue Refunding Bonds, 2009 Series, dated October 29,2009.

     -Ordinance #19-533 Authorizing issuance of  Nursing Home Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2019 not to exceed $415,000- Board will consider passage of Ordinance #19-533 Authorizing issuance of  Nursing Home Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2019 not to exceed $415,000.

 

 D. Skip Radke

        -Sale of Property and building located at 560 G Street-Lot 597 Fairmont Original Town, Fairmont NE

        (30’ x 50’ metal building with a 10’ x 12’ roll up door and overhead crane system)

         Skip will move tools from the building to his home garage and is requesting village pay for the installation of a three phase electric service to his garage located at 1100 G St. Fairmont NE; as his tools require three phase electric service.  Skip will also retain two radiant heaters in building- Board will consider purchasing property and building located at 560 G Street – Lot 597 Fairmont Original Town, Fairmont NE from Skip Radke and Skip’s the request for covering the cost of installation of a three phase electric service to Skip’s garage located at 1100 G St. Fairmont NE.

       

         -Relocation of digital community sign for increased visibility-Board will consider request for relocation of digital community sign which is currently placed on west side of Library on 6th Ave.

 

        - Increase speed limit on Hwy 6 in Fairmont – Board will consider request for increased speed limit on Hwy 6 in Fairmont.

 

 E.  Don Schaldecker, Grafton Village Board Chair – Discussion of Interlocal Agreement for code enforcement with Village of Grafton.

 

 F.Community Development Block Grant # (16-HO-36063) Housing Rehabilitation

      - Payment Request #1 & Approval Form to NJC Contracting in the amount of $15,969  for Village of  Fairmont CDBG 16-HO-36063 Housing Rehabilitation Applicant #008- Board will consider approval of

       The village board may go into closed session to discuss certain agenda items to protect the public interest or to prevent the needless injury to the reputation of the individual and if such individual has not requested a public hearing.

 

This agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the meeting except for items of an emergency nature.
