A. Chairperson open sealed bids for 2001 Dodge Pickup-Board will consider awarding bid for the 2001 Dodge Pickup.

 

B. CHAIRPERSON CALL ONE & SIX YEAR STREET HEARING TO ORDER-Ryan Kavan, JEO Consulting Group, Inc. will review village’s One & Six Year Street Plan and receive public comments on the plan.

    -Resolution # 2020-10 Resolution adopting Village of Fairmont One & Six Year Street Plan – Board will consider passage of  Resolution # 2020-10 Resolution adopting Village of Fairmont One & Six Year Street Plan.

     

      -Resolution #2020-11 Resolution Authorizing Chairperson to sign the Annual Certification of  Program Compliance to Nebraska Board of Public Roads Classifications and Standards 2020-Board will consider passage of Resolution #2020-11 Resolution Authorizing Chairperson to sign the Annual Certification of Program Compliance to Nebraska Board of Public Roads Classifications and Standards 2020.

 

  C. Ryan Kavan, JEO Consulting Group, Inc.

  - Agreement with JEO Consulting Group, Inc. in the amount of $49,800 for the 2021 Water  Main Replacement Project.  Board will consider approval of Agreement with JEO Consulting Group, Inc. in the amount of $49,800 for the 2021 Water Main Replacement Project.

  -Authorize JEO Consulting Group, Inc. to submit a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) application on behalf of the Village of Fairmont for the 2021 Water Main Replacement Project- Board will consider authorization of JEO Consulting Group, Inc. to submit a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) application on behalf of the Village of Fairmont for the 2021 Water Main Replacement Project

 

-Agreement with JEO Consulting Group, Inc. in the amount of $48,900 for Road 12 and Road F Paving Improvements 2021 (CPI Approach at Hwy 6 & County Road 12 & Casey’s approach at Hwy 81 and County Road F)-.  Board will consider approval of Agreement with JEO Consulting Group, Inc. in the amount of $48,900 for Road 12 and Road F Paving Improvements 2021.

-Agreement with JEO Consulting Group Inc. in the amount of $34,900 for 2021 Wastewater Lagoon Improvements- Board will consider approval of Agreement with JEO Consulting Group Inc. in the amount of $34,900 for 2021 Wastewater Lagoon Improvements.

-Review funding options for 2021 Wastewater Lagoon Improvements

    CHAIRPERSON CALL VILLAGE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC HEARING TO  ORDER

     -Receive public comments on Zoning Variance for lesser setbacks on Lots 5-8, Block 3, Fillmore Addition, Fairmont, Fillmore County NE.  Jennifer Slezak, Fillmore County Zoning Administrator, will review the Application for Zoning Variance from Jeff Theis.

     -Close Public Hearing

E.  Discussion with Fillmore County Zoning Administrator, Jennifer Slezak to amend Village of Fairmont zoning regulations on the size of an accessory building before overhang/eave with fascia and soffit would be required. Current  Zoning Regulations  Section 9.6 Accessory Building and Section  9.7 Accessory Building Primary Nature list the overhang/eave with fascia and soffit requirements.

     

F.  Randy Hellbush, Nebr. Rural Water Assn. – review of proposed water rate adjustments

      Ordinance #20-541 Establishing Water Rates – Board will consider passage of  Ordinance #20-541 Establishing Water Rates.

 

G. Trustee Klipp – Discussion of limiting one company to provide refuse service in the Village of Fairmont.  Representatives from Burton Enterprises, Henderson NE; Kopcho Sanitation, York  NE and Waste Connections of Nebr. Inc., Lincoln NE will be in attendance for the discussion.

H.  Delinquent Utility Lien in the amount of $6,125.02 on 840 6th Ave, legally described as West 56’ of the South One-Half(1/2) of Lot 17 and West 56’ of Lot 18, Block 3, First Additional City of Fairmont, Fillmore County, NE-Board will consider passage of Delinquent Utility Lien in the amount of $6,125.02 on 840 6th Ave, legally described as West 56’ of the South One-Half(1/2) of Lot 17 and West 56’ of Lot 18, Block 3, First Additional City of Fairmont, Fillmore County, NE.
