A.  Dennis Maggart- Mcinness Group/Nebraska Assn of County Officials (NACO) Benefit Services

        - Review mandatory Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Health Insurance Plan- Board will consider to approval of BCBS NE Bluepride SPB20 Silver Health Insurance for Village employees

 

B. Skip Radke- Discuss the Lagoon and Oversight committee for spending and claims

 

C. Jacob Freel- Discuss the Animal ordinance

 

D. Annette Marget- Discuss fence around swimming pool

 

E. Clarification of duties for the Aging Service Board- Board will consider duties for the Aging Service Board as outlined in their proposal and in conjunction with Village codes

   

F. Discussion of adoption of measures to review employee payroll claims

 - Review procedure for sale of  W 50ft of  Lots 5-6-7-8 Blk 3, Fillmore Addition, Fairmont Nebraska to Jeff and Jenna Theis

 - Resolution-2020-04 Sale of Real Estate- of  W 50ft of  Lots 5-6-7-8 Blk 3, Fillmore Addition, Fairmont Nebraska to Jeff and Jenna Theis in the amount of $3,960.00- Board will consider passage of the Resolution-2020-04 Sale of Real Estate- of  W 50ft of  Lots 5-6-7-8 Blk 3, Fillmore Addition, Fairmont Nebraska to Jeff and Jenna Theis in the amount of $3,960.00

 

 - Resolution 2020-02 authorize deposit of village funds in the Nebraska Federal Investment Trust (NFIT)

 

J. Village Marshal Report – Tyler Salmon

   - Review dog ordinance

 

K. Utility Superintendent - Dan Slocum

    - Review material bids for underground electrical work- Board will consider awarding bid for materials for underground electrical work

 

L. Clerks Report – Linda Carroll, Clerk

The village board may go into closed session to discuss certain agenda items to protect the public interest or to prevent the needless injury to the reputation of the individual and if such individual has not requested a public hearing.

This agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the meeting except for items of an emergency nature.
