       -Explain services provided by Fillmore County Senior Services

      -Update on Fairmont Aging Services providing meals to Exeter Senior Center

  

B.  Mark Jarsoz – Mark is interested in purchasing village property described as the West addition S 305.83’ of E 284.86’ Lot 7 (1.99 acres), Fairmont, Fillmore County, Ne to construct a home-

     Board will consider request from Mark Jarsoz to purchase the West addition S 305.83’ of E 284.86’ Lot 7 (1.99 acres), Fairmont, Fillmore County, Ne.

 

C. Tami Scheil, Administrator Fairview Manor – Tami will review information regarding the Emergency Generator Power System Upgrade at Fairview Manor.  Board will recess and tour the Fairview Manor facility and reconvene into open session at Village Hall after completion of tour-- Board will consider approval of Bidding and Negotiation Phase for Emergency Generator Power System Upgrade at Fairview Manor.

D. Submittal letter of Intent for the 2019 Civic Center and Community Financing Fund (CCCFF)  Planning Grant to conduct an Architectural Program and Conceptual Design for the eventual development of a new Community Center/Recreational Center/Public Library- Board will consider authorizing the Chairperson to sign the letter of intent  for the 2019 Civic Center and Community Financing Fund (CCCFF)  Planning Grant to conduct an Architectural Program and Conceptual Design for the eventual development of a new Community Center/Recreational Center/Public Library.

E. Appointment of Kay Harris to the Fairmont Housing Authority Board-Board will consider approval of Kay Harris to the Fairmont Housing Authority Board.

 

F.  Community Development Block Grant # (16-HO-36063) Housing Rehabilitation

      -Change Final Payment Request & Approval Form to NJC Contracting in the amount of $5,194.00 which was approved at the 12-10-2018 board meeting to $4,690  for Village of Fairmont CDBG 16-HO-36063 Housing Rehabilitation Applicant #001- Board will consider changing  Final Payment Request & Approval Form to NJC Contracting in the amount of $5,194.00 which was approved at the 12-10-2018 board meeting to $4,690  for Village of Fairmont CDBG 16-HO-36063 Housing Rehabilitation Applicant #001

       -Review village’s current sexual predator ordinance which was passed in 2008

The village board may go into closed session to discuss certain agenda items to protect the public interest or to prevent the needless injury to the reputation of the individual and if such individual has not requested a public hearing.

 

This agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the meeting except for items of an emergency nature.
