PUBLIC FORUM

 

A.  Don Kyhn – Improvements (concrete) to grass right of way in front of property at 645 “F” St-

       Board will consider Don’s request for improvements.

 

B.  Ray Collins, Collins Construction

      - Proposal for rubberizing expansion joints for new concrete/ slide walk in front of swim pool area & basketball court area the amount of $919.60-Board will consider approval of Collins Construction proposal for rubberizing expansion joints for new concrete / side walk in front of swim pool and basketball court area in the amount of $919.60.

   

     -Second coat slurry seal on “F” Street from 6th Ave to 7th Ave extra traffic due to entrance to fire    barn - Board will consider Collins Construction request for a Second coat slurry seal on “E” Street from 6th Ave to 7th Ave.

  C.   Skip Radke –Utility billing/Disconnect Policy

 

  D.  Fairmont Library Board – Compliance review of village’s mileage reimbursement policy

 

  E.  Wanda Marget, Library Director – Electronic sign repairs

 

  F.  Margie Prentiss, Manager, American Legion – Margie will request the board approve a     Special Designated Liquor License (SDL) for the an outdoor beer garden at the 500 block (5th AVE) and “F “Street for Saturday, June 22, 2019 for the Old Setts Celebration-Board will consider approval of SDL for an outdoor beer garden  on June 22, 2019.

G. Margie Prentiss, owner of property east of ballfield – Redrage baseball supportors have been      parking on this property—Margie has private property signs-- would like to request village  maintenance place signs at this property-Board will consider Margie’s request for assistance with placement of private property signs on her property.

 

 H.  Trustee Larry Klipp – Emerald Ash Borer and removal of ash trees in municipal limits.

 

 I.  Community Development Block Grant # (16-HO-36063) Housing Rehabilitation

        -Approve Change Order #1 in the amount of $10,556 to Quality Remodeling for Village of Fairmont CDBG 16-HO-36063 Housing Rehabilitation Applicant #22. Board will consider

       - Approve Payment Request Request #1 to Quality Remodeling, LLC in the amount of $24,999 for Village of  Fairmont CDBG 16-HO- 36063 Housing Rehabilitation Applicant #022- Board will consider approval of  Payment Request Request #1 to Quality Remodeling, LLC in the amount of $24,999 for Village of  Fairmont CDBG 16-HO- 36063 Housing Rehabilitation Applicant #022-

 

          - Approve Payment Request  #1 to Quality Remodeling, LLC in the amount of $24,999 for Village of  Fairmont CDBG 16-HO- 36063 Housing Rehabilitation Applicant #023- Board will consider approval of  Payment Request  #1 to Quality Remodeling, LLC in the amount of $24,999 for Village of  Fairmont CDBG 16-HO- 36063 Housing Rehabilitation Applicant #023.

The village board may go into closed session to discuss certain agenda items to protect the public interest or to prevent the needless injury to the reputation of the individual and if such individual has not requested a public hearing.
